September 13 is CCMI’s “Military Support Sunday” when we refresh our military prayer list of over 50 soldiers known to our fellowship. These soldiers are prayed for in a weekly prayer meeting, Wednesdays from Noon-1pm in the prayer room. Our own American Heritage Girls troop is also collecting items for care packages to be sent to the U.S. Navy EOD Mobile Unit 3, who are currently stationed in Bahrain and the UAE. The care packages will include toiletries, snacks, and entertainment items. A complete supply list is included below. Items are due in the Fellowship Hall Sunday, September 13.

Tabitha's Heart sewing ministry has been invited to go to Kenya and minister to the ladies at the "New Scent Home." They plan to go in November and teach sewing as well as Bible studies. Join the Men's & Women's Small Group Bible Studies this fall for a study in the Book of Ruth. This study is offered Friday mornings at 9:30am for women only and begins September 11.
