Calvary Chapel Merritt Island is a non-denominational church made up of believers in Jesus Christ. We exist to glorify God in our corporate worship and in our personal lives as we live out the truths of Scripture with the hope of impacting our generation for God’s kingdom. We focus on the expositional teaching of Scripture as the main method for, “equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.” True worship of the one, true, living God is the ultimate end of our Bible study.

We are affiliated with the Calvary Chapel Association of Churches and our pastor serves on the leadership council as leader of the Southeast region. Pastor Malcolm had the privilege of serving as an assistant pastor to Pastor Chuck Smith, founder of the Calvary Chapel movement, for over seven years before answering the call to move to Florida. Our affiliation with Calvary Chapel provides us with accountability and fellowship while still allowing us to maintain our independent, non-denominational status given how each church is lead by its own pastors, elders, and deacons.

When you come to Calvary Chapel, our hope is that you are met with the love of Jesus — in us as individual believers, as a group when we come together for fellowship, and in our worship and teaching of God’s word.
